This personal data processing policy describes how Fránek Architects s.r.o., with its registered office at Kamenná 835/13, Brno-střed Štýřice, 639 00 Brno, IČO: 01870319 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Fránek Architects’, ‘the company’ or “we”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of website visitors, including job applicants (hereinafter referred to as ‘data subjects’ or ‘you’), through the contact form and the CV form.

Fránek Architects s.r.o. is the manager of the personal data you provide us with via the contact form and the CV submission form. We process personal data within the contact form on the basis of your consent given by submitting the form. For the purposes of the recruitment process, we process candidates' data on the basis of the company's legitimate interest in finding suitable candidates for positions or on the basis of consent if the data is provided for future selection procedures.

5. Retention period of personal data

a) We keep your contact details for the time necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a period of 1 year.

b) We retain personal data of job applicants for the duration of the selection process and then for 6 months after the end of the selection process, unless the applicant consents to longer retention for the purposes of future job offers.

After these periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

As a matter of principle, we do not share personal data with any third parties, except where we are required to do so by law or where necessary to protect our rights and legal claims. All of your data remains within Fránek Architects s.r.o.
